The CIC Med Channel Race 2026 highlights the Wattway installation on Frioul Island

As part of the CIC Med Channel Race 2026, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis highlighted the Wattway installation at Frioul Port, located in the heart of the Calanques National Park.

This project demonstrates Wattway’s ability, as a driveable photovoltaic solution, to generate electricity from developed surfaces while adapting to local uses and territorial constraints.

Presented during a major nautical event in the Marseille region, the Frioul installation reflects the commitment of local stakeholders to innovative and sustainable solutions supporting the energy transition.
