We aim to play a part in the energy transition by making use of traffic areas to generate renewable energy while complying with transport infrastructure safety and performance requirements.
Wattway is a technology developed by the Colas Group, a world leader in transport infrastructure construction and maintenance. By responding to the challenges of mobility, urbanisation and the environment, Colas has established itself as an innovative group since it was founded in 1929. Its mission is to design, promote and implement infrastructure solutions for responsible mobility. Its innovative strength lies in developing products, techniques and related services in the form of infrastructure and mobility solutions focused on customer needs to address new forms of use and the challenges of the energy transition and digital transformation.
Wattway has 32 enthusiastic people organised around four divisions: Technical/Logistics/Quality; Business Development; Administrative/Legal/Financial; and Marketing/Communication.
The strength of a Group
Colas is part of the Bouygues Group, established in 1952 by Francis Bouygues.
