Wattway at the Energaïa Trade Show: Where Can Solar Be Deployed in a Constrained Land Context?

Last December, Wattway took part in the Energaïa trade show during a roundtable discussion focused on the following topic:
“Where should solar panels be installed? What new land use options are available?”

As available land becomes increasingly scarce and regulatory constraints continue to intensify, these questions are central to today’s photovoltaic development challenges. They directly reflect Wattway’s approach, which aims to deploy solar solutions on existing infrastructure and already artificialized surfaces.

This session provided an opportunity to share practical feedback on the levers that enable the integration of photovoltaic systems in constrained environments, without creating new land-use conflicts.
